Tae Studio에서 세션을 예약하거나 참석함으로써 귀하는 다음의 스튜디오 정책에 동의하게 됩니다.
예약 및 취소
예약은 예정된 세션 시작 최대 24시간 전까지 변경하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 24시간 이내에 이루어진 취소 및 무단 불참(노쇼)의 경우 해당 세션은 소멸됩니다.
도착 및 스튜디오 에티켓
모든 고객과 강사들을 위해 제시간에 도착해 주시고 차분하고 존중하며 서로를 환영하는 환경을 유지할 수 있도록 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
복장
고객은 움직임 중심의 수업에 적합하고 편안하며 몸에 밀착되는 복장을 착용해야 합니다. 특정 세션에서는 양말 착용이 요구될 수 있습니다.
건강 및 참여
고객은 참여하기 전에 부상, 건강 상태 또는 신체적 제한 사항을 스튜디오에 알릴 책임이 있습니다. 안전상의 이유로 Tae Studio는 그룹 클래스 참여를 제한하고 필요에 따라 개인 세션이나 더 적절한 프로그램을 권장할 수 있습니다.
패키지 및 만료
모든 패키지는 구매 시 제공된 유효 기간 내에 사용해야 합니다. 스튜디오의 별도 승인이 없는 한, 사용하지 않은 세션은 만료일 이후에 자동으로 소멸됩니다.
환불 및 크레딧
모든 구매는 최종적이며 환불이 불가능합니다. 의학적 상황과 관련된 특정 사례의 경우, 증빙 서류 제출 시 Tae Studio의 재량에 따라 잔여 세션에 대해 스튜디오 크레딧 제공이 고려될 수 있습니다.
패키지 양도 불가
모든 세션과 패키지는 등록된 고객 본인에게만 유효하며, 공유, 양도 또는 판매할 수 없습니다.
일정 변경
Tae Studio는 필요에 따라 클래스 일정, 강사 또는 프로그램을 변경할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 변경 사항이 있을 경우 가능한 한 사전에 안내해 드립니다.
사진 및 동영상 촬영
스튜디오 내에서 웹사이트, 소셜 미디어 또는 홍보 목적으로 사진이나 동영상이 촬영될 수 있습니다. 사진 촬영이나 녹화를 원치 않는 고객은 사전에 스튜디오에 알려주시기 바랍니다.
취소 및 노쇼 규정
