Terms & Policies

By booking or attending a session at Tae Studio, you agree to the following studio policies.

Reservations & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the session being forfeited.

Arrival & Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time and help maintain a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and instructors.

Attire
Clients should wear comfortable, form-fitting attire suitable for movement-based instruction. Socks may be required for certain sessions.

Health & Participation
Clients are responsible for informing the studio of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to participation. For safety reasons, Tae Studio may limit participation in group classes and recommend private sessions or a more appropriate program when needed.

Packages & Expiration
All packages must be used within the validity period provided at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will expire automatically after the expiration date unless otherwise approved by the studio.

Refunds & Credits
All purchases are final and non-refundable. In certain cases involving medical circumstances, remaining sessions may be considered for studio credit at the discretion of Tae Studio with appropriate documentation.

Non-Transferable Packages
All sessions and packages are valid only for the registered client and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

Schedule Changes
Tae Studio reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, or programs as needed. Any updates will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Photography & Videography
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken in the studio for website, social media, or promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify the studio in advance.
